To avoid sweat tarnishing the surface, we suggest gently wiping the surface with a non-scratch cloth after each wear. Please do not use any solvents.  To preserve the longevity of the plating, we advise keeping your jewelry in the cloth pouch provided and store away in a dry storage area. Longevity of the plating is dependant on frequency of wear and its storage environment. We use 1 or 2 Micron 18K gold plating.
